Health & Wellness

Our Health & Wellness program encourages healthy, active lifestyles among Hispanic & multicultural communities
through accessible, fun, and culturally inclusive activities.
As part of our ongoing commitment to community well-being, the Nashville Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation (NAHCC Foundation) is proud to present Hispanics in Fitness: Leading Our Community Health and Wellness.
This initiative encourages healthy living and active lifestyles among Hispanic and multicultural communities through accessible, fun, and culturally inclusive activities.
During National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 – October 15), participants are invited to join us every Saturday morning for a rotating series of physical activities led by members of our organization.

Activities include:

  • Hiking through local greenways and trails
  • Boxing and conditioning sessions
  • Strength yoga and weight lifting for balance and resilience
  • Latin dance classes, blending movement and culture
By engaging participants in diverse activities rooted in both fitness and cultural expression, this program creates a unique opportunity to build healthier habits, strengthen community bonds, and celebrate heritage.
